What Are Warm Leads?
A warm lead is a real person who recently wrote or commented on a LinkedIn post about a topic you care about. They have already shown interest in the subject, so they are warmer than a cold name pulled from a database.
You give Signado the topics your buyers talk about. Signado does the finding.
How Signado finds them
- You add Discovery Sources: keywords your buyers use, creators they follow, or competitors they engage with.
- Every day, Signado scans LinkedIn posts from those sources.
- It adds matching post authors or commenters to your Warm Leads page at
/warm-leads.
You set this up once. New warm leads keep arriving on their own.
Every lead is scored
Each warm lead lands with an ICP fit score from 0 to 100 and a one-line reason explaining the score, so you can tell at a glance who is worth your time. High-fit leads (80 and up) sit at the top. Each lead also arrives enriched with title, company, and profile details at no extra credit.
Authors and comments, not likes
Keyword sources can find either people who wrote matching posts or people who commented on matching posts. Creator and competitor sources find commenters on that profile's posts. People who only liked or reacted are not included, because likes do not give enough context for a warm lead.
See Post Authors vs Post Engagers for when to use each keyword mode.
It runs every day
Discovery runs about every 24 hours, automatically. See how discovery runs for the timing.
Three ways to act on a warm lead
Once a lead is on your Warm Leads page, you choose:
- Qualify the lead to enrich the company, add a Qualified Score, and review company context before you decide what to do next. See how Qualify works.
- Push to Campaign and message them now, using their post or comment as the opener.
- Deep Dive their company first, then message with company signals woven in for a sharper opener. Deep Dive is best for larger companies and people who post on LinkedIn, because there is more to find. See what Deep Dive is.
New here? Start by setting up Discovery Sources. Preview a keyword or creator first to check it pulls the right people before you spend discovery credits.
What it costs
Discovery charges 3 credits per new lead it finds. Qualify costs 2 credits per lead when you choose to run it. Re-surfacing someone already in your workspace costs 1 credit on paid plans (free on the Free plan). Exclusions can block known people for free and reduce first-time blocked-company leads to 1 credit after verification. You control the daily spend with the daily budget slider, and you can manage known people or companies with exclusions.
