TLDR: Choose Sales Navigator for native LinkedIn research, PhantomBuster for custom automation, Gojiberry for lead finding plus outreach, and Signado for finding leads in LinkedIn posts and comments without connecting your account. Clay fits custom enrichment. Common Room fits activity from many sources. UserGems fits job changes among people you already know.
The best Trigify alternative depends on what you need the product to do after it finds useful activity.
Trigify covers a wide area. Some alternatives go narrower and make one part simpler. Others cost more and bring in data from your CRM, website, product, or customer base.
This list starts with the strongest general alternatives. Signado is our product, but it is not number one. Its strengths and limits get the same treatment as every other option.

How we compared the best Trigify alternatives
Each tool on this list solves a real use case that overlaps with Trigify. We checked the vendor's live site for pricing, trials, source coverage, automation, enrichment, alerts, and integrations.
We also checked what happens after a tool finds someone through LinkedIn engagement or another buying signal. Some tools stop at LinkedIn search or contact data. Others score the person, suggest a next step, or help with outreach.
This is not a list of seven tools that all do the same thing. It is a guide to the tradeoffs. Prices and plan limits can change, so check the vendor's site before you buy.
Trigify pricing and what it does well
Trigify finds person-level buying activity across more than 11 public social platforms. It keeps the source post attached, adds person and company data, scores intent, and sends useful results into other tools.
Its main use case is broad social listening. It turns posts and other social activity into intent signals tied to a person. This gives you person-level intent data. It also has a REST API, MCP server, and command-line tools. That makes it a strong fit when you want public activity to feed your own tools or AI agents.
Trigify currently lists three plans:
| Plan | Price | Monthly credits | Listening searches |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $40/month | 4,000 | 25 |
| Max | $199/month | 40,000 | 100 |
| Enterprise | Custom | 200,000+ | 1,000 |
Pricing starts at $40 a month. Starter and Max list extra usage at $0.012 per credit. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Keep Trigify if its wide source coverage and flexible access already match what you need. Look elsewhere when one narrower part matters more than the rest.

1. LinkedIn Sales Navigator: best for native LinkedIn search
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is LinkedIn's own search tool. You use more than 50 filters to find people and companies, review LinkedIn profiles, save them to lists, and get alerts when something changes. Advanced also includes 50 monthly InMail credits, shared lists, TeamLink, and AI account research.
Advanced starts at $159.99 a month for each license, or $1,799.88 a year. Advanced Plus has custom pricing and adds deeper CRM links.
Choose Sales Navigator when you want to search LinkedIn yourself and keep your research inside LinkedIn. It gives you first-party LinkedIn data and control over each search.
The limit is the work after the search. You still review each person and decide what matters. It does not turn topic or competitor conversations into a ready list of qualified leads.
2. PhantomBuster: best for custom LinkedIn automation
PhantomBuster gives you more than 100 ready-made automations across more than 15 platforms. You can collect people from a LinkedIn search or post, add profile data, find emails, refresh the results, and export them. You choose the steps and the schedule. MCP is included on every current plan.
The free trial includes five automation slots, two execution hours, and exports limited to 10 rows. Start costs $56 a month when billed annually. It includes five slots, 20 monthly execution hours, 500 email credits, and unlimited exports.
Choose PhantomBuster when you know the exact repeat task you want to run and want to build it from smaller blocks. It also works beyond LinkedIn.
The limit is the work around the automation. You decide who is useful, clean the output, and choose what happens next. Supported actions run through the accounts you connect.
3. Gojiberry: best for finding leads and contacting them
Gojiberry finds leads from more than 30 signals across social sites and the web. You can tell its agents who you want to find, review the leads they return, then run LinkedIn and email campaigns from the same product. It also writes messages and keeps replies in one inbox.
The Pro plan costs $99 a month. It includes two AI agents, two LinkedIn account seats, 200 monthly credits, lead scoring, email data from more than 15 providers, CRM links, an API, and MCP access. Gojiberry says the plan can contact up to 1,800 people each month.
Choose Gojiberry when you want one product to find leads, contact them on LinkedIn or by email, and handle replies.
The limit is the LinkedIn connection. Gojiberry can find leads without one, but its LinkedIn automation uses your connected account to send invitations and messages or run campaigns. LinkedIn does not allow third-party software that automates activity on its site. Accounts that use prohibited automation can be restricted. If keeping automation away from your LinkedIn account matters to you, read the full Gojiberry alternative comparison.
4. Signado: best for finding leads in LinkedIn conversations
Signado watches LinkedIn posts and comments around your keywords, creators, competitors, and chosen posts. When someone joins a useful conversation, Signado enriches their profile and company, checks their fit against your business profile, keeps what they said, and puts them in one feed.
Each lead gets a clear next step: send a direct message, leave a useful comment on the post so potential buyers can see you, or skip the lead.
Lite starts at $29 a month and includes 1,000 credits.
Choose Signado when you want people who are already talking about a problem you solve or a change that may create one. These conversations can be less crowded than sending the same message to a broad list. Signado never connects to your LinkedIn account, so it does not run automation through your account.
The limit is breadth. Signado focuses on finding leads in LinkedIn conversations. It does not automate LinkedIn visits, invites, likes, or messages.

5. Clay: best for custom enrichment
Clay gives you a flexible table for finding, enriching, researching, and scoring people and companies. You choose the data providers, build the rules, and send the results to other tools. Clay connects to more than 150 providers and supports job changes, company news, social listening, web activity, and custom signals.
The free plan includes 500 monthly actions and 100 monthly data credits. Clay's current pricing table shows Launch at $167 a month. The FAQ on the same page says Launch starts at $185 a month, so check the live total before buying.
Choose Clay when you want to build your own enrichment and scoring process across several data sources.
The limit is the setup and upkeep. Someone must build the tables, choose the providers, maintain the rules, and watch the costs.
6. Common Room: best for larger contact sets
Common Room brings activity from social sites, communities, your CRM, website, and product into one view of each person and company. You can score people, track job changes, set alerts, find contact details, and run workflows. It also has an MCP server and links to CRM and messaging tools.
The Essential plan costs $2,500 a month and is billed annually. It includes five seats, up to 100,000 contacts, 5,000 monthly research credits, 2,500 contact-finding credits, and unlimited alerts, workflows, and segments.
Choose Common Room when several people need one shared view of activity across many sources. The limit is the starting price. It sits in a different part of the market from Trigify Starter and most tools on this list.
7. UserGems: best for job changes
UserGems watches past customers, users, and other known contacts for job changes, promotions, and role changes. You can use those changes to find a familiar person at a new company. It can also use activity from your CRM, website, product, API, or webhooks in its scoring and workflows.
Core costs $3,333 a month, billed as $40,000 a year. The public price also lists a $10,000 implementation fee and an optional $3,000 charge for older job-change records.
Choose UserGems when people you already know are the main group you want to watch. The limit is the price and focus. It is a much larger purchase than Trigify, and finding people in social conversations is not its main job.

FAQ
What is the best Trigify alternative?
Choose LinkedIn Sales Navigator for native LinkedIn search and alerts, PhantomBuster for custom automation, Gojiberry for lead finding plus connected outreach, and Signado for finding leads in LinkedIn posts and comments without connecting your account.
Is there a free Trigify alternative?
Clay has a free plan with 500 monthly actions and 100 monthly data credits. PhantomBuster also lists a free trial, but exports are limited to 10 rows. Neither gives you every Trigify feature for free.
Should I choose Trigify or Clay?
Choose Trigify when you want public activity monitoring and person-level results ready to use. Choose Clay when you want to build your own enrichment, scoring, and routing process across many data sources.
Does Signado connect to my LinkedIn account?
No. Signado never asks for your LinkedIn login, cookies, or a browser extension. Searches run on Signado's own infrastructure, so your LinkedIn account is not part of the run.
Can I keep Trigify and use another tool with it?
Yes. Trigify can keep handling broad public activity while another product covers a narrower need such as native LinkedIn research, custom enrichment, connected outreach, or finding leads in LinkedIn conversations.
These tools all assume you know who to contact
Signado fills that gap: it finds the people already talking about what you do on LinkedIn, with what they said attached. Use it alone or feed the rest of your stack.
