Sign in, not API keys
The connection uses OAuth with the Signado account you already have. Approve it in your browser, pick your workspace, done.
No keys to leak
Nothing to copy into a config file, rotate on a schedule, or accidentally push to a repo. Sign-in happens in your browser, and you can disconnect from your assistant any time.
Workspace-scoped
Your assistant reaches one workspace: the one you picked at sign-in. The same row-level security that protects the app applies to every call it makes.

Paid replies show credits charged, balance after, and the session total. Recurring spend needs your explicit confirm. Retries never double charge.

Does MCP access cost extra?
No. The MCP server is included on every plan, including Free. Calls draw from the same credit pool at the same rates as the app: a preview is 1 credit, an email lookup is 5 credits per contact, an AI draft is 7 credits per contact. Reading your leads costs nothing.
What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants use tools from other products. Signado ships an MCP server at mcp.signado.io. Once connected, your assistant sees 10 Signado tools and picks the right one for whatever you ask in plain English.
Can my assistant spend credits without me knowing?
Every paid call returns a receipt: credits charged, balance after, and your running session total. Actions that start recurring spend, like activating a discovery source, require an explicit confirmation step. Retried requests never double charge. And your assistant cannot spend past the credit pool and plan caps you already control in the app.
Do I need an API key?
No. You sign in through your browser with your existing Signado account, pick your workspace, and approve the connection. There is nothing to copy, store, rotate, or accidentally commit to a repo. Disconnect any time from your assistant.
Which AI tools work with it?
Claude Code and Codex are both verified end to end, and those are the two we test on every release. Any MCP client that supports remote HTTP servers with OAuth sign-in should also work.
