How does discovery work?

Discovery runs every day from the sources you add: keywords your buyers use, creators they follow, and competitors they engage with. Signado scans matching LinkedIn posts, pulls the commenters, scores each person against your ICP, and lands the best fits in your Warm Leads feed. The daily budget slider controls how many credits discovery can spend each day.

Do I need to connect my LinkedIn account?

No. Signado discovers leads from the sources you add, like keywords, creators, and competitor profiles. We do not ask for your LinkedIn login, cookies, or a browser extension, and discovery does not run from your personal LinkedIn account.

Do I need Apollo, Instantly, or HeyReach to use Signado?

No. Bring contacts from any source (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn, CSV). For sending, you've got options: send straight from Gmail or Google Workspace, push to Instantly or HeyReach if you already run sequences, or fire a webhook to Zapier, Make, or n8n. Use the stack you have. Or use ours.

Is my data safe?

Your contact lists and signals are stored in a private workspace that only your team can access. We use row-level security on every database query, so one workspace can never see another's data. All connections are encrypted over HTTPS. We don't sell, share, or use your data to train models.

How do I send messages once Signado writes them?

Three paths. Send directly from Gmail or Google Workspace using your own account. Push to Instantly or HeyReach in one click through their public APIs. For everything else, Signado fires a webhook your stack can pick up: Zapier, Make, n8n, or any custom workflow. Note that there's no Signado app inside Zapier or Make today, the integration runs through outbound webhooks. Pick the one that matches what you already have.

What if a lead doesn't have an email?

Click Find Email on any lead. Signado looks up the email and writes it back to the lead. The lookup costs 5credits per lead. If we can't find one, you only get charged for the leads where the email actually lands. Useful when you've spotted a high-fit lead and you want to reach out via email instead of LinkedIn.

What does Signado look for before outreach?

There are two layers. Discovery checks LinkedIn comments from your keywords, creator profiles, and competitor profiles every day. Deep Dive is on demand and checks 7 company events: hiring activity, funding rounds, company news, product launches, leadership changes, executive posts, and partnership announcements.

What if I already have a list?

Bring it from Apollo, LinkedIn, or any CRM. What is Deep Dive?

Deep Dive checks the same 7 company events on a specific account when you spot a lead worth investing in. Click Deep Dive in your warm-leads grid, and Signado scans the company for funding rounds, hiring activity, leadership changes, executive posts, product launches, partnerships, and company news (up to 12 months of history). That context feeds into the AI's opener so you go in with sharper context. Costs 40 credits per account.
