Qualify Warm Leads
Qualify is an optional step for warm leads when you want more company context before reaching out. It enriches the lead's company, checks that company against your ICP, and adds a company-context score to the Warm Leads table.
What Qualify adds
Qualify can add:
- Qualified Score: a second fit score based on the person plus company context.
- Score reason: a short explanation for why the lead received that score.
- Company summary: what the company does in plain language.
- Offer: what the company sells.
- Target ICP: who the company appears to sell to.
- Size, industry, website, and competitor status: quick fields for sorting, filtering, and deciding whether the lead is worth action.
The original Basic Score stays visible as the discovery score. Qualified Score is the richer score after company analysis.
How to run it
- Go to Warm Leads.
- Select the leads you want to qualify.
- Click Qualify.
- Confirm the credit cost.
Qualify costs 2 credits per selected lead. For example, qualifying 3 leads reserves 6 credits. Leads that cannot be completed are refunded automatically.
While it runs
The Qualify Status column shows whether each selected lead is running, qualified, failed, or not run yet. Results appear in the table as each lead finishes, so you do not need to wait for the whole batch before reviewing completed leads.
When to use it
Use Qualify when the lead looks interesting, but the company details matter before you send them to a campaign. It is especially useful when you want to check company size, offer, target ICP, or whether the company is a competitor.
If you already know a company is or is not a competitor, you can update the competitor field directly in the Warm Leads table without spending extra credits.
