Run a Deep Dive

Run a Deep Dive on the leads worth the extra research, then let the AI use the company signals it finds in the opener. Here is how.

Pick the right leads first

A Deep Dive costs 40 credits per contact, so it is worth being selective. Good candidates are:

  • High-fit leads (an ICP score of 80 or more).
  • Leads at larger companies, where there is more signal to find.
  • Leads who post on LinkedIn, which adds executive-post signals.

For everyone else, messaging directly from their comment is usually the better trade. See what a Deep Dive is for when it pays off.

Run it from the Warm Leads page

  1. Go to your Warm Leads page.
  2. Tick the checkbox on each lead you want to research.
  3. Click Deep Dive. You will see the total cost (40 credits per selected contact) before you confirm.
  4. Confirm to start the scan.

Signado then scans each selected lead's company across the 7 signals over the past year. This runs in the background, so you do not have to wait on the page.

Deep Dive runs only on the leads you have selected. There is no "scan everything" shortcut, on purpose, so a full list is never scanned by accident at 40 credits each.

Then push to a campaign

Once the scan completes, push those leads to a campaign. The AI writes each opener using the strongest signals it found, for example a recent funding round or a new VP of Sales, alongside the lead's own comment.

A Deep Dive is a one-time scan. It does not keep monitoring the company. If you come back to a lead weeks later and want current context, run another Deep Dive.

If a Deep Dive comes back empty

Small companies with no recent press, hiring, or funding, and leads who never post on LinkedIn, can return few or no signals. That is expected. When this happens, skip the Deep Dive for that lead and message them straight from their comment instead. See no signals appearing.
