Campaign Wizard Overview
The Campaign Wizard turns buying signals into personalized outreach messages. Instead of writing generic emails, you create AI-powered campaigns that reference specific events at each company.
How It Works
The wizard guides you through three steps:
Step 1: Select Context
Choose which leads to include and pick the most relevant signal for each. The AI uses this signal to personalize the message—a funding announcement, a new hire, or a product launch becomes the hook for your outreach.
Step 2: Write Template
Create your message template using two types of variables:
- Static variables
{FirstName}— Contact data like name, company, and title - AI variables
{{icebreaker}}— Content generated by AI using the signal context
Configure how the AI writes—set the tone, language, and specific instructions for each variable.
Step 3: Review & Export
Review the generated messages, make any edits, and export to CSV for use in your email tool.
The Power of Context
What makes this different from generic mail merge is the signal context. When you select a funding announcement for a lead, the AI writes an icebreaker that references that specific event. The result is outreach that feels researched and timely.
AI message generation uses your monthly AI message quota. Check Settings → Billing for your current usage and limits.
