What Is a Deep Dive?

A Deep Dive is an on-demand scan of a lead's company across 7 buying signals. You run it on the leads worth the extra research, and the AI then weaves what it finds into a sharper opener.

It is the optional second step after discovery. A warm lead already gives you a person and the comment they left. A Deep Dive adds the company context around them.

What it scans

A Deep Dive looks back over up to 12 months of public history and pulls 7 types of company-level buying signal:

  • Funding rounds
  • Hiring activity
  • Leadership changes
  • Executive posts (what the person posts on LinkedIn)
  • Product launches
  • Partnerships
  • Company news

The AI uses whatever it finds to write a more specific, better-timed opener.

It is a one-time snapshot, not monitoring

A Deep Dive grabs what already exists right now. It does not keep watching the company afterwards. Run it when you are ready to act on a lead, not as a standing watch. If you want fresh context later, run another Deep Dive then.

This is the difference from older "daily" or "weekly" monitoring, which kept re-checking a fixed list of companies on a schedule. Signado today is built around daily warm-lead discovery plus on-demand Deep Dives. You decide which leads deserve a Deep Dive, and you only pay for those.

When a Deep Dive is worth it

A Deep Dive pays off most when there is plenty to find:

  • Bigger companies generate more signals (funding, press, hiring, partnerships), so there is more for the AI to work with.
  • People who post on LinkedIn produce executive-post signals you can reference directly.

For a small company with no press and a lead who never posts, a Deep Dive may come back light. In that case, the lead's own comment is usually the strongest hook, so message them directly instead.

Message now, or Deep Dive first

On the Warm Leads page you choose per lead:

  • Push to Campaign to message now, using their comment as the opener. Fast and free of extra scan cost.
  • Deep Dive first, then push to campaign, for an opener backed by company signals. Best for high-fit leads at companies worth the research.

See run a Deep Dive for the steps.

What it costs

A Deep Dive costs 40 credits per contact scanned, charged when you run it. Run it on a focused selection of high-fit leads rather than your whole list.
