Archived Signals

When you stop monitoring a list or replace contacts, your signals move to the Archive tab. They're preserved as historical intelligence you can reference for future outreach.

What Goes to Archive

Signals move to the Archive tab when:

  • You stop monitoring a list (Stop & Remove)
  • You replace contacts in an active monitoring list with new ones
  • You delete a list that had monitored contacts

The signals themselves are never deleted immediately. They stay in Archive so you can review past buying intent, draft outreach from historical data, or use them as context when re-engaging a prospect.

What Stays vs. What Gets Cleaned Up

Signado automatically cleans up orphaned data after 30 days to keep your workspace tidy.

ScenarioWhat Happens
You stop monitoring but keep the listSignals move to Archive. Contacts stay in their list. Nothing is deleted.
You delete the list entirelyContacts are deleted. Signals move to Archive with no linked contacts. After 30 days, these orphaned signals are automatically removed.
You re-upload the same contactsFresh monitoring starts from scratch with a full signal scan, as if they were new contacts.

Signals linked to existing contacts are never automatically deleted, even in Archive. Only signals where both the contact and the list have been removed are cleaned up after 30 days.

Re-Monitoring After Deletion

If you delete a list and later re-upload the same contacts, Signado runs a full signal scan as if they were new. Previous signal history from Archive will have been cleaned up after 30 days, so the new scan provides fresh intelligence.
