What is a List?
A list is a collection of contacts you bring into Signado yourself. Use lists to organize people from your CRM, a spreadsheet, or a LinkedIn scrape, then research them or message them.
Lists are separate from warm leads. Warm leads are people Signado discovers for you from LinkedIn comments. Lists are contacts you supply.
What you do with a list
Once contacts are in a list, you can:
- Run a Deep Dive on selected contacts to scan their companies across 7 buying signals.
- Push them to a campaign to write and send personalized outreach.
Signado works at the company level for signals. If three contacts work at the same company, you see that company's signals once, not three times.
Four ways to build a list
- Upload CSV - Import contacts from a spreadsheet or CRM export.
- Scrape LinkedIn - Extract people who engaged with a LinkedIn post.
- Search Google Maps - Find businesses by location and type.
- Add manually - Enter individual contacts directly.
CSV is fastest for contacts you already have. The scrapers help you find new prospects.
