Validate Emails


Email validation checks whether addresses are deliverable before you send outreach. This protects your sender reputation and improves campaign delivery rates.

Why validate

  • Reduce bounces — Invalid emails hurt your sender score
  • Protect reputation — High bounce rates can get you flagged as spam
  • Save credits — Don't waste outreach on dead addresses
  • Improve deliverability — Clean lists reach more inboxes

Validation results

Each email gets one of four statuses:

  • Valid — Safe to send. The address exists and accepts mail.
  • Invalid — Will bounce. Don't send to these addresses.
  • Catch-all — Server accepts all addresses. May or may not exist.
  • Unknown — Couldn't verify. The server didn't respond clearly.

Validate your contacts

  1. Go to Lists in the sidebar.
  2. Open the list you want to validate.
  3. Select contacts (or select all).
  4. Click Validate Emails.
  5. Wait for validation to complete.

Results appear in the contact list. You can filter by validation status to see which contacts are safe to reach.

Validate before creating campaigns. This ensures your outreach reaches real inboxes.

Validation credits

Email validation uses your monthly quota. Each email checked counts as one validation credit. Check Settings → Billing for your current usage and limits.
