Daily, Weekly, and Stored Contacts

Every monitored contact is in one of three states: daily, weekly, or stored. The state controls how often Signado checks their company for new signals and how many credits you spend.

Daily

Checked every day. Use for your hottest prospects where timing matters — contacts you want to reach the moment a signal fires. Costs 10 credits per contact per day.

Weekly

Checked once per week. Use for contacts worth watching but not urgent. Same quality of signal detection, just less frequent. Costs 10 credits per contact per week.

Weekly monitoring is roughly 7x cheaper than daily for the same contact, which makes it the right default for most of your list.

Stored

Not monitored. Costs nothing. The contact sits in your list with all their data intact, but Signado won't check for new signals. Use stored for contacts you've already reached out to, leads that went cold, or contacts you want to keep on file for later.

Moving contacts between states

You can change a contact's state anytime from the contacts table. Select contacts, then use the toolbar to move them to daily, weekly, or stored.

Moving to a less expensive state (daily to weekly, or anything to stored) takes effect immediately with no extra cost. Moving to a more expensive state starts the monitoring cycle and charges the per-check credit cost going forward.
