Which Contacts to Deep Dive


Signado used to auto-split a list into daily, weekly, and stored monitoring buckets. That model is gone. There is no automatic allocation and no recurring monitoring fee. Instead, you choose which contacts are worth a Deep Dive, and you only pay for those.

Since a Deep Dive is charged per contact, it pays to be selective. Here is how to pick.

Who is worth a Deep Dive

Prioritize contacts where there is the most to find and the most to gain:

  • Senior titles. Decision-makers and C-level contacts are worth the deeper research.
  • A LinkedIn profile on the contact. People who post on LinkedIn add executive-post signals.
  • Larger or more public companies. They generate more funding, hiring, and news signals, so a Deep Dive comes back richer. Small, quiet companies often return little.

For everyone else, skip the Deep Dive and message them directly. Their own context is usually enough for a good opener.

How to run it

  1. Open your list and tick the contacts you want to research.
  2. Click Deep Dive. The total cost is shown before you confirm.
  3. Confirm. The scan runs in the background, then you can push those contacts to a campaign.
