Scrape Limit Reached
If you see a "scrape limit reached" message, you've used your monthly quota for importing contacts via scrapers.
What counts toward the limit
These operations use scrape credits:
- LinkedIn scraping — Extracting reactions and comments from posts
- Google Maps search — Finding businesses by location
Each contact imported counts toward your monthly scrape quota.
What doesn't count
- CSV uploads — Importing from files uses storage space, not scrape credits
- Manual additions — Adding contacts one at a time doesn't use scrape credits
Check your usage
Go to Settings → Billing to see:
- How many scrape credits you've used this cycle
- Your plan's monthly scrape limit
- When your billing cycle resets
Options when you hit the limit
Wait for reset Your scrape quota resets at the start of each billing cycle. If you're close to renewal, waiting may be the simplest option.
Use CSV upload instead If you have contact data in a spreadsheet, upload it as a CSV. CSV imports don't count against your scrape quota—they only use storage space.
Upgrade your plan Higher plans include larger scrape quotas. If you regularly hit your limit, upgrading may be more cost-effective.
CSV upload is always unlimited by scrape quota. Export data from LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other tools, then import via CSV to work around scrape limits.
