Research a List with a Deep Dive

A list on its own is just a set of contacts. To act on them, you either research them with a Deep Dive or push them straight into a campaign. There is no recurring "monitoring" to switch on.

Run a Deep Dive on a list

A Deep Dive scans a contact's company across 7 buying signals (funding, hiring, leadership changes, executive posts, product launches, partnerships, and news) in one pass.

  1. Go to Lists in the sidebar and open your list.
  2. Tick the contacts you want to research.
  3. Click Deep Dive. The total cost is shown before you confirm.
  4. Confirm to start. The scan runs in the background.

A Deep Dive is charged per contact. It is a one-time scan, not a standing schedule, so pick the contacts worth the research rather than scanning the whole list. See run a Deep Dive for how to choose.

Check your credit balance in the sidebar first. The cost adds up on large selections, so the confirmation step always shows the total before you commit.

Or push the list to a campaign

If you would rather message contacts without a Deep Dive, push them to a campaign instead. The AI writes each opener from the context it has. A Deep Dive simply gives it more company signals to work with.
