Add Contact Manually


Sometimes you need to add a single contact—a referral, someone you met at an event, or a quick test. Manual entry lets you add contacts one at a time without preparing a file.

When to use this

  • One-off additions — Add a single prospect without creating a CSV
  • Quick tests — Test monitoring with a specific contact
  • Referrals — Add contacts from introductions
  • Event follow-ups — Add people you met in person

Add a contact

  1. Go to Lists in the sidebar.
  2. Open the list where you want to add the contact.
  3. Click Add Contact.
  4. Fill in the contact details:
    • Email — Required for identification
    • First Name / Last Name — For personalization
    • Company Name — For signal grouping
    • Job Title — For targeting context
    • LinkedIn URL — For richer monitoring
  5. Click Save.

The contact is added immediately. If the list is active for monitoring, signal detection begins on the next check cycle.

For bulk additions, use CSV upload instead. It's faster and handles column mapping automatically.
