Pause and Resume Discovery
You can stop discovery whenever you want and start it again later. Pausing never deletes the leads you have already found. It only stops new ones from arriving.
Two ways to pause
Pause one keyword. Toggle the keyword off on the Settings then Keywords page. That topic stops being scanned. Any searches still queued for it are cancelled, and no more credits are spent on it. Your other active keywords keep running.
Pause everything. Set the daily budget slider to 0. This stops discovery across the whole workspace, no matter how many keywords are active. Signado asks you to confirm first.
What is kept when you pause
- Every warm lead already on your Warm Leads page stays exactly where it is.
- Keyword previews and history are kept.
- Only future discovery is paused.
Turn it back on
Re-enable a keyword. Flip its toggle back to Active. The first search fires within minutes and new leads usually appear within 5 to 15 minutes, just like the first time you activated it.
Raise the budget. Move the slider back above 0. Discovery resumes on its next cycle. This can take up to about an hour to pick back up, because it waits for the next scheduled run rather than firing instantly.
If you toggle a keyword off and straight back on, any search that was already running may still finish and add a few leads. That is expected. Those leads were already paid for, so Signado lets them complete rather than throwing the work away.
Pause vs delete
Pausing keeps the keyword and its slot, ready to resume. Deleting a keyword stops it permanently and frees the slot for a new one. Either way, the leads that keyword already found stay in your workspace.
