Draft Outreach from Signals


When you find signals worth acting on, you can create AI-powered outreach directly from the Signals page.

Three Ways to Start

From a single company

  1. Select a company from the list.
  2. Review their signals in the timeline.
  3. Click the outreach button in the company header.
  4. Signado uses the highest-scoring signal for personalization.

From multiple companies

  1. Check the boxes next to multiple companies in the list.
  2. The header shows how many are selected.
  3. Click the draft button.
  4. Signado automatically selects the highest-strength signal from each company.

From the All Activity feed

  1. Switch to All Activity view.
  2. Check specific signals you want to use.
  3. Click the draft button.
  4. Those exact signals are used for the campaign.

What Happens Next

After clicking the outreach button, the Campaign Wizard opens. The AI uses:

  • Signal context — The specific events you selected
  • Business profile — Your company's value proposition
  • Contact data — Names, titles, and company info

The wizard lets you customize which signals to include and add custom variables like an icebreaker for personalization.
