Draft Outreach from Signals
When you find signals worth acting on, you can create AI-powered outreach directly from the Signals page.
Three Ways to Start
From a single company
- Select a company from the list.
- Review their signals in the timeline.
- Click the outreach button in the company header.
- Signado uses the highest-scoring signal for personalization.
From multiple companies
- Check the boxes next to multiple companies in the list.
- The header shows how many are selected.
- Click the draft button.
- Signado automatically selects the highest-strength signal from each company.
From the All Activity feed
- Switch to All Activity view.
- Check specific signals you want to use.
- Click the draft button.
- Those exact signals are used for the campaign.
What Happens Next
After clicking the outreach button, the Campaign Wizard opens. The AI uses:
- Signal context — The specific events you selected
- Business profile — Your company's value proposition
- Contact data — Names, titles, and company info
The wizard lets you customize which signals to include and add custom variables like an icebreaker for personalization.
