Draft Outreach from Signals


After a Deep Dive finds signals worth acting on, you can create AI-powered outreach from those results.

Three Ways to Start

From a single lead

  1. Open a lead you have run a Deep Dive on.
  2. Review their signals in the timeline.
  3. Click the outreach button in the lead header.
  4. Signado uses the highest-scoring signal for personalization.

From multiple leads

  1. Check the boxes next to several scanned leads.
  2. The header shows how many are selected.
  3. Click the draft button.
  4. Signado automatically selects the highest-strength signal from each lead.

From specific signals

  1. Filter the signals down to the ones you want.
  2. Check the specific signals you want to use.
  3. Click the draft button.
  4. Those exact signals are used for the campaign.

What Happens Next

After clicking the outreach button, the Campaign Wizard opens. The AI uses:

  • Signal context: The specific events you selected
  • Business profile: Your company's value proposition
  • Contact data: Names, titles, and company info

The wizard lets you customize which signals to include and add custom variables like an icebreaker for personalization.
