Review and Export Your Campaign


Step 3 shows your generated messages in a table. Review each one, make edits if needed, and export when ready.

The Results Table

Each row shows:

  • Lead name and company
  • Signal used for context
  • Generated content — AI variables filled in

Click any row to expand the full email preview with subject and body.

Edit Before Export

Every field in the results table is editable. Click any cell to modify it directly.

Contact Fields

Static variables like {FirstName}, {Company}, and {Email} come from your contact data. Click any blue-highlighted cell to correct or update contact information. Changes update the actual contact record, so your lists stay in sync.

AI Variables

AI-generated variables like {{icebreaker}} appear in purple. Click any purple cell to refine the AI output — fix awkward phrasing, add a personal touch, or replace the text entirely.

Subject and Body

Click the expand button on any row to open the full message. Both the subject line and body text are editable — click either field, make your changes, and hit Save. This lets you fine-tune the final message that gets exported.

Export to CSV

Click the export button to download your campaign:

The CSV includes:

  • Contact data (name, email, company, title)
  • Signal information (type and title)
  • All static variables filled in
  • All AI variables filled in
  • Complete message (subject + body)

Import this into your email tool or CRM.

Send via Instantly

Instead of exporting a CSV, you can push leads directly to an Instantly campaign. Click Send via Instantly in the results header, select your campaign, map your variables, and push — all without leaving Signado.

Copy for LinkedIn

You can also copy individual messages to use in LinkedIn DMs:

  1. Click the expand button on a lead's row to open the full message
  2. Edit the subject or body if needed
  3. Click Copy Message to copy everything to your clipboard
  4. Paste into LinkedIn

This works well for personalized direct outreach when you want to reach someone outside of email.

Edit generated content before exporting to ensure every message sounds natural and on-brand.
