Send via Instantly

Push your personalized leads directly to an Instantly campaign without exporting a CSV. Signado maps your contact data and AI variables to Instantly fields automatically.

Connect Your Instantly Account

Before you can push leads, connect your Instantly API key:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Find the Instantly card and click Connect.
3. Paste your API key from Instantly Settings > Integrations.
4. Click Test & Save.

Signado encrypts your key and verifies the connection. You only need to do this once.

Push Leads to a Campaign

Once connected, the Send via Instantly button appears on your campaign results page.

1. Click Send via Instantly in the results header.
2. Select which Instantly campaign to push leads into.
3. Map your Signado variables to Instantly fields. Click Auto-Match to let Signado suggest mappings based on field names.
4. Click Push to Campaign.

Signado sends your leads in batches with contact data, AI variables, and the email body as personalization.

Select Specific Leads

You can push all leads or a subset:

1. Use the checkboxes in the spreadsheet grid to select specific leads.
2. The button shows the count — e.g., "Send via Instantly (5)".
3. Only selected leads are pushed.

Leads without an email address are automatically skipped.

After Pushing

The results screen shows exactly what happened:

• How many leads were pushed successfully
• How many were skipped (no email, already exported, or already in the Instantly campaign)
• How many failed

Pushed leads show an Exported status badge in the spreadsheet. You can track their performance on the Analytics page.
