Save and Reuse Templates

When you create a template that works well, save it for future campaigns. This builds a library of proven approaches you can reuse.

Save Your Template

In Step 2 of the wizard:

1. Click Save as Template
2. Enter a name (e.g., "Funding Outreach - Casual")
3. Add an optional description
4. Click Save

The template saves your entire configuration:

• Subject and body structure
• All AI variable settings
• Tone, language, and guidelines

Template Library

The sidebar shows available templates:

System Templates

Pre-built templates provided by Signado. These are good starting points for common scenarios.

Your Templates

Templates you've saved. These appear after you save at least one.

Load a Template

1. Open the template dropdown in Step 2
2. Select a template
3. Click Load

This replaces your current configuration with the saved template. You can then customize it for the current campaign.

Manage Templates

Delete templates you no longer need:

1. Open the template dropdown
2. Click the delete icon next to the template
3. Confirm deletion
