Preview and Generate Messages

Before generating messages for your entire campaign, test your template on a single lead. This lets you refine your approach without using all your AI messages.

Preview Mode

Click the preview button to test your template on one lead:

1. Select a lead from the dropdown
2. Click preview
3. See the generated subject and body

The preview shows exactly what that lead would receive—with all variables replaced by real data and AI-generated content.

Uses 1 AI message per preview.

Refine Your Template

Based on the preview, you might want to:

• Adjust AI variable instructions for better output
• Change the tone setting
• Modify the template structure
• Try a different signal for the lead

Preview again after changes. Repeat until you're happy with the result.

Generate All

Once your template is dialed in, generate messages for all selected leads:

1. Click the generate button
2. Confirm the message usage
3. Watch the progress bar

Generation happens in the background. A progress bar shows how many leads have been processed. When complete, you'll automatically move to the Review step.
