Credits and Spending From Your Assistant

Your assistant spends from the same credit balance as the app. There is no separate plan and no fee for the connection itself. Prices are identical everywhere.

What each task costs

TaskCost
List or export leads, list or save templates, add or remove sourcesFree
Preview a source1 credit
Find an email5 credits per contact
Draft an AI message3 credits per contact, up to 5 contacts per request

Creator profiles and Company pages share the same profile-source economics. A preview costs 1 credit, and a Daily profile-post scan costs 1 credit. That scan charge is refunded when posts move into lead discovery or when the full actor chain fails. A valid scan with no recent posts is a completed check, not a failure. New warm leads cost 5 credits; re-engagement uses your plan's configured rate.

A receipt on every paid action

Every paid reply includes three numbers: the credits just charged, your balance after, and your running total for this session. You always know where you stand without opening the app. Your full history stays on Settings, then Usage, same as always.

Guardrails

  • Confirmation before recurring spend. Adding a recurring Discovery Source starts or schedules Daily or Custom monitoring only after you confirm the plan. When MCP can evaluate the current saved or default cadence, the plan also warns you if your daily budget is spread thin.
  • No double charges on retries. If a request is interrupted and the client retries it, Signado recognizes the retry and returns the original result instead of charging again.
  • The app's limits still apply. Your daily discovery budget, plan caps, and balance are enforced exactly as in the app. MCP cannot spend past them.
  • Failures stay visible. A Company page source does not silently stop when both post providers fail. The source reports the failure and the refundable scan charge follows the same rules as a creator source.

When AI drafting fails

If message generation fails mid-draft, the charge for that message stands. This matches the Campaign Wizard's behavior in the app. It is rare, and the reply tells you exactly what was charged and what was delivered, so nothing is silent.
