What You Can Ask Your Assistant

Once connected, you talk to your assistant in plain English. It picks the right Signado tool for the job. Here is everything it can do, with the cost of each task.

Find and review leads

Ask for your warm leads and you get real people back: name, title, company, country, ICP score with its reason, email if found, and the LinkedIn post they commented on.

  • "Show me my 20 newest warm leads." (free, up to 200 per request)
  • "Which of my leads have an ICP score above 70?"
  • "List my warm leads from Germany in fintech."

There is one built-in filter, how many leads to fetch. Everything else is the assistant's job: it pulls your leads and filters them by score, country, role, or anything else you name. That is the point of driving Signado from an assistant, you can combine filters freely.

  • "Export my warm leads from the last 7 days as a CSV." (free, the assistant writes the file)

Manage Discovery Sources

  • "Preview the keyword 'cold email deliverability' before I activate it." (1 credit, shows sample posts and commenters in about a minute)
  • "Add 'reply rate dropped' as a keyword source." (free, your assistant shows you a plan and asks you to confirm before anything starts; the first scan begins about 5 to 15 minutes after activation)
  • "Remove the keyword 'hiring'." (free, the source is archived and its history kept; re-adding it later revives it)

Find emails and draft outreach

  • "Find emails for my top 10 leads." (5 credits per contact, runs in the background, results appear on your Warm Leads page)
  • "Draft LinkedIn messages for these 3 leads." (7 credits per contact, up to 5 leads per request)

Drafts use your Warm Leads DM template by default, or any template you name, or a custom setup the assistant writes on the spot. You get the full message text plus each AI-filled part (opener, take, value, call to action). Every draft is saved as a real campaign: open Campaigns in the app to review, edit, and send.

Work with templates

  • "List my message templates." (free, includes the writing rules: allowed tones, languages, and your plan's variable limit)
  • "Save a new template for short, casual DMs about hiring pain." (free)

Everything your assistant does shows up in the app too. Drafts land in Campaigns, emails land on Warm Leads, sources land in Settings. Nothing lives only in the chat.

Costs and guardrails in detail: credits and spending.
