A Deep Dive Won't Start


If you select contacts and a Deep Dive won't start, one of these is usually the cause.

Not enough credits

Problem: A Deep Dive is charged per contact. If your balance is below the total for your selection, it won't run.

Solution: Check your credit balance in the sidebar. The confirmation step shows the total cost before you commit. If it exceeds your balance, select fewer contacts, top up your credits, or wait for your next billing reset.

No contacts selected

Problem: A Deep Dive runs on the contacts you tick. With nothing selected, there is nothing to scan.

Solution: Tick at least one contact in the list, then click Deep Dive.

Contact storage limit reached

Problem: Your plan has a maximum number of contacts you can store. If you have hit it, new contacts can't be added.

Solution: Remove unused contacts from other lists to free up space, or upgrade to a plan with a higher contact limit.
