Monitoring Won't Activate
If you can't start monitoring on a list, one of these issues is likely the cause.
Insufficient Credits
Problem: Your credit balance is too low to cover the initial enrichment and ongoing monitoring costs.
Solution: Check your credit balance in the sidebar. The monitoring wizard shows the total cost before you confirm—if the number exceeds your balance, you'll need to either reduce the number of contacts or wait for your next billing reset.
Options: Remove some contacts from monitoring (move to stored), upgrade to a higher plan, or wait for your monthly credit reset.
No Contacts Selected in Wizard
Problem: The monitoring wizard requires at least one contact assigned to daily or weekly monitoring. If all contacts are set to "stored," there's nothing to activate.
Solution: Open the wizard again and move at least one contact into the daily or weekly bucket.
All Contacts Already Monitored
Problem: Every contact in your list is already being monitored in the daily or weekly list. Duplicates are automatically skipped.
Solution: This isn't an error—your contacts are already active. Check the daily and weekly monitoring lists to confirm they're there. If you want to change a contact's frequency, move it between daily and weekly using the wizard.
Contact Storage Limit Reached
Problem: Your plan has a maximum number of contacts you can store. If you've hit it, new contacts can't be added to monitoring.
Solution: Remove unused contacts from other lists to free up space, or upgrade to a plan with a higher contact limit.
