Data Not Updating


If your data isn't showing recent changes, here are steps to refresh and sync your account.

Quick Fixes

Refresh the page

Most display issues resolve with a simple browser refresh. Press F5 or click the refresh button.

Hard refresh

If a normal refresh doesn't work, try a hard refresh:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
  • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

This forces the browser to reload without cached data.

After Plan Changes

After upgrading or downgrading your plan, you must sign out and back in. Your session needs to refresh to pick up the new tier features and limits.

Monitoring Takes Time

Signal monitoring doesn't happen instantly:

  • Priority lists — Checked once per day
  • Watchlist — Checked once per week

New signals appear after the next scheduled check, not immediately after activation.

Background Processing

Some operations run in the background:

  • Campaign generation — Processing happens on our servers, progress updates may lag slightly
  • Email validation — Results appear when validation completes
  • Scraping — Contact enrichment processes in batches

If an operation seems stuck, wait a few minutes before retrying.

Clear Browser Cache

As a last resort, clear your browser's cache and cookies for Signado:

  1. Open browser settings
  2. Clear cached images and files
  3. Optionally clear cookies for app.signado.io
  4. Reload the page

Most issues resolve with a simple page refresh. Try that first before more drastic steps.
