Account Setup Issues


If you're having trouble getting started with Signado, here are the most common setup issues and how to fix them.

Workspace Not Found

Problem: You see "Workspace not found" or can't access features after signing up.

Solutions:

  1. Complete setup — If you started signup but didn't finish, complete the payment or free tier activation flow
  2. Refresh your browser — Sometimes the page needs to reload after signup completes
  3. Check your organization — Make sure you're in the correct organization if you have multiple accounts

Onboarding Steps Stuck

Problem: The onboarding checklist doesn't progress or you can't access features.

Solutions:

  1. Complete required steps — Business profile and first list creation are required before full access
  2. Refresh the page — Progress updates may need a page reload
  3. Clear browser cache — Cached data can sometimes show outdated state

Features Not Available After Upgrade

Problem: You upgraded your plan but don't see new features or higher limits.

Solutions:

  1. Sign out and back in — Plan changes require a fresh login to apply
  2. Wait a few minutes — Changes can take up to a minute to propagate
  3. Check Settings → Billing — Verify your new tier is showing correctly

If your plan shows as upgraded but features still aren't available, contact support.

After any plan change, sign out and back in to refresh your account with the new tier features.
