Found a bug in the app? Use the built-in bug reporter:
- Click Report a Bug in the app menu
- Describe what happened
- Attach screenshots if helpful
- Submit
This sends the report directly to our team with useful context about your session.
What to Include
When emailing support, help us resolve your issue faster by including:
- Account email — The email address you use to sign in
- Description — What you were trying to do and what happened instead
- Steps to reproduce — How can we see the same issue?
- Screenshots — Visual evidence helps us understand faster
- Error messages — Copy the exact text of any errors you see
