Your First Signals
After activating monitoring, the first check runs immediately. Signals typically appear within 15-30 minutes. Here's what to expect and what to do next.
Where to find signals
Go to Signals in the sidebar. You'll see a list of companies with detected buying intent.
Each company shows:
- Company name — The organization showing intent
- Signal count — How many signals were detected
- Intent level — High, Medium, or Monitoring (based on signal strength)
- Latest signal — When the most recent signal was detected
Understanding intent levels
Signals are scored automatically based on strength and relevance:
- High — Strong buying signals (funding, executive hires, etc.). Reach out soon.
- Medium — Moderate activity. Good candidates for nurturing.
- Monitoring — Early signals. Keep watching.
Click any company to see all detected signals and their details.
What to do next
When you see a high-intent signal:
- Click the company to review signal details.
- Click Draft Outreach to create an AI-powered campaign.
- The AI uses the signal context plus your business profile to write personalized messages.
