Activate Signal Monitoring
Signal monitoring scans your contacts' companies for buying indicators—funding rounds, executive hires, product launches, and more. Let's turn it on.
Daily vs Weekly Monitoring
Signado offers two monitoring modes:
- Daily monitoring — Checked every day. Use for your hottest prospects.
- Weekly monitoring — Checked once per week. Use for accounts you're nurturing.
You assign a frequency per contact when you activate monitoring. For getting started, we recommend daily monitoring for faster feedback.
Start monitoring your list
- Go to Lists in the sidebar.
- Click on your list to open it.
- Find the monitoring badge (shows "Paused" or current status).
- Click the badge to open the monitoring wizard.
- Select Start Monitoring.
- Choose daily or weekly for your contacts and confirm.
The first signal check starts immediately. After that, daily contacts are checked once per day and weekly contacts once per week.
What happens next
Signado now monitors all companies in your list for these signal types:
- Funding announcements
- Job postings (hiring signals)
- Company news
- Product launches
- Leadership changes
- Executive LinkedIn activity
- New partnerships
When a signal is detected, it appears on your Signals page with an intent score.
