Outreach Analytics
The Analytics page shows real-time performance for campaigns where you pushed leads through Signado. See which messages are getting opened and replied to.
What You See
The page has two sections:
Summary cards at the top show totals across all campaigns:
- Total Sent
- Total Opened
- Total Replied
- Total Clicked
Campaign table below breaks down metrics per campaign:
- Campaign name (with your Signado campaign name if different)
- Provider badge (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist)
- Sent, Opened, Replied, and Clicked counts
- Open rate and reply rate percentages
How It Works
Signado fetches analytics directly from your outreach provider's API each time you visit the page. Data refreshes with a 30-second cache, and you can manually refresh with the button in the top right.
Only campaigns with leads pushed through Signado appear here. If you exported to CSV and imported manually into your outreach tool, those campaigns won't show.
Outreach Analytics is available on Growth and Scale plans.
No Data Showing?
If the page is empty, check these common causes:
- No integration connected — Go to Settings > Integrations and connect your outreach tool.
- No leads pushed yet — Go to a completed campaign and use Send via Instantly to push leads.
- Campaign not active — Analytics only appear for campaigns that have started sending in your outreach tool.
