Generation Failed
If your campaign shows a "Failed" status, here's how to diagnose and fix the issue.
Not Enough Credits
Problem: Each AI message costs 3 credits. If your balance can't cover all selected leads, generation fails.
Solution: Check the credit badge in the sidebar or go to Settings → Usage. Reduce the number of leads or wait for your monthly credit reset. Active subscribers can also upgrade through Stripe's Customer Portal; plan changes are unavailable during the 7-day trial.
Note: Credits are only deducted for successful generations. If generation fails, credits are refunded.
Too Many AI Variables
Problem: Your template has more AI variables than your plan allows.
Solution: Reduce the number of AI variables in your template. Active subscribers can also upgrade to a plan with a higher limit through Stripe's Customer Portal; plan changes are unavailable during the 7-day trial. Check your plan's variable limit in Settings → Billing.
Generation Timeout
Problem: Large campaigns may timeout during processing.
Solution: Try generating again. If it continues to fail, try with fewer leads selected. You can always run multiple smaller campaigns.
Invalid Signal Data
Problem: Some signals may have incomplete data that prevents generation.
Solution: Go back to Step 1 and select different signals for the affected leads. Signals with higher scores typically have better data.
