Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan


All plan changes are managed through Stripe's Customer Portal.

How to Change Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. In the Stripe Portal, select "Update plan"
  4. Choose your new tier
  5. Confirm the change

Upgrading

When you upgrade to a higher tier:

  • Prorated charge — You pay the difference for the remaining billing period
  • Immediate access — New limits and features available right away
  • Sign in again — After checkout, sign out and back in to refresh your account

Downgrading

When you downgrade to a lower tier:

  • Credit applied — Unused time from your current plan credits your next invoice
  • Access continues — Keep your current tier until the billing period ends
  • Lower limits — New tier limits apply at your next billing cycle

After any plan change, sign out and back in to refresh your account with the new tier features.
