Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
All plan changes are managed through Stripe's Customer Portal.
How to Change Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Billing
- In the Stripe Portal, select "Update plan"
- Choose your new tier
- Confirm the change
Upgrading
When you upgrade to a higher tier:
- Prorated charge — You pay the difference for the remaining billing period
- Immediate access — New limits and features available right away
- Sign in again — After checkout, sign out and back in to refresh your account
Downgrading
When you downgrade to a lower tier:
- Credit applied — Unused time from your current plan credits your next invoice
- Access continues — Keep your current tier until the billing period ends
- Lower limits — New tier limits apply at your next billing cycle
After any plan change, sign out and back in to refresh your account with the new tier features.
