Manage Payment Methods


All payment management happens through Stripe's secure Customer Portal.

Access the Portal

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. The Stripe Portal opens in a new tab

What You Can Do

Update your card

Click on your payment method and enter new card details. Changes apply immediately to future charges.

Add backup payment methods

Add a secondary card in case your primary fails. Stripe will automatically try backup methods if needed.

View payment history

See all past charges, their dates, and amounts.

Download invoices

Click on any payment to download a PDF invoice for your records or accounting.

Update billing email

Change where payment receipts and invoices are sent.

After Changes

Updates in the Stripe Portal apply immediately. There's no need to do anything else in Signado—your billing is connected automatically.

Stripe handles all payment processing securely. Your card details are never stored on Signado's servers.
