Tracking Your Credit Usage
Credits are Signado's unified currency. Every action—monitoring, scraping, AI messages, validation—draws from one pool. Track your balance to avoid interruptions.
Find Your Usage
Go to Settings → Usage to see your current credit balance, daily burn rate, and full transaction history. Your credit balance is also visible in the sidebar at all times.
Key Metrics
Credit Balance
Your remaining credits for the current billing cycle. A paid-plan trial shows the chosen plan's full allocation. Grandfathered Free workspaces show their lifetime remaining balance.
Daily Burn Rate
How many credits you're spending per day based on your active monitoring setup. Useful for forecasting when you'll run out.
Projected Depletion
An estimate of when your credits will hit zero at the current burn rate. If this date falls before your next billing reset, consider reducing monitoring. Plan changes become available through Settings → Billing → Manage Billing after the 7-day trial converts to an active subscription.

Uploading contacts, viewing signals, and re-activating previously monitored contacts cost nothing.
Transaction History
Every credit deduction and addition is logged at Settings → Usage. Each entry shows the action type, number of credits, and timestamp. Use this to audit spending and identify which actions consume the most.
Status Indicators
Your balance shows a color-coded status:
- Green (Healthy) — More than 7 days of credits remaining at current burn rate
- Amber (Warning) — Less than 7 days remaining
- Red (Critical) — Less than 3 days remaining, or balance is zero
When your balance hits zero, monitoring pauses automatically. It resumes when credits are added by an applicable billing reset or plan change. Plan changes are available through Manage Billing after the 7-day trial converts to an active subscription. Signado applies the existing tier-change credit rules after Stripe confirms the change.
When Credits Reset
Paid-plan trials: The chosen plan's full allocation is granted at trial start. It carries through conversion and does not reset until the next regular monthly renewal.
Grandfathered Free workspaces: Existing accounts keep their lifetime balance. It does not reset. The Free plan is not available to new accounts.
Paid tiers: Credits reset to your full pool on your billing date each month. Unused credits do not roll over.
Keep an eye on the sidebar credit badge. If it turns amber, review your monitoring setup at Settings → Usage.
