Understanding Usage Limits


Track your usage and know when you're approaching limits. The Usage dashboard shows real-time status for all your plan quotas.

Find Your Usage

Go to Settings → Usage to see your current usage across all metrics.

Key Metrics

AI Messages

Your monthly quota for generating personalized outreach in the Campaign Wizard. Each lead generation uses one message.

Priority Contacts

How many contacts you can monitor daily. Priority monitoring checks for new signals every day.

Watchlist Contacts

How many contacts you can monitor weekly. Watchlist monitoring checks for new signals once per week.

Total Contacts

Your storage limit for contacts across all lists.

Total Scrapes

Your combined monthly limit for scraping contacts from LinkedIn posts and Google Maps searches.

Email Validations

Monthly limit for validating email addresses.

Status Indicators

Each metric shows a color-coded status:

  • Green (Healthy) — You have plenty of capacity remaining
  • Orange (Warning) — You're approaching your limit (80%+ used)
  • Red (Limit Reached) — You've hit the limit and cannot perform more operations

When Limits Reset

Free tier: Limits never reset. Once used, they're gone until you upgrade.

Paid tiers: All limits reset on your billing date each month. Check Settings → Billing to see your reset date.

If you're consistently hitting limits, consider upgrading to the next tier for more capacity.
