Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your data is preserved so you can return later.

How to Cancel

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Manage Billing
3. Click Cancel subscription in the Stripe Portal
4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After

Until billing period ends:

You keep full access to your current tier until your paid period expires.

After billing period ends:

• Your account becomes read-only
• Data preserved—contacts, lists, and past signals remain
• Cannot monitor companies, scrape contacts, or generate AI messages
• Can still export your data to CSV

Reactivating Your Account

Changed your mind? Reactivation is simple:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Choose a plan and complete checkout
3. Your data and settings are restored immediately
