Signado vs Trigify: Which Tool Should You Choose?

TLDR: Choose Signado if you mainly want leads from LinkedIn posts and comments, with the person, company, comment, and reason to contact them in one place. Choose Trigify if you want to watch LinkedIn plus X, Reddit, YouTube, podcasts, and other networks, and you are ready to set up how the results move between your tools.

Signado finds the people already talking about the problem you solve on LinkedIn.

See the product on the Signado homepage.

Both tools find people from public activity. The difference is simple. Signado focuses on LinkedIn and gives you a list to review. Trigify covers more networks and gives you more ways to build your own process.

Trigify watches several social platforms. You choose the searches, what extra data to add, what the AI should do, and where each result should go. Signado stays focused on one job: finding possible clients in LinkedIn conversations and keeping what they said beside their profile.

So the choice is not about which product has more features. It is about whether you need more social networks or a simpler LinkedIn process.

Choose by the job you need done

Choose Trigify if you want to:

  • Monitor activity across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, podcasts, and other sources.
  • Decide how searches, AI agents, added data, and other tools work together.
  • Use an API, MCP server, or CLI as a core part of your setup.
  • Track a large set of saved profiles and keep longer search history on a higher plan.

Choose Signado if you want to:

  • Focus specifically on people posting and commenting in relevant LinkedIn conversations.
  • Watch keywords, creators, and competitors each day without connecting several tools first.
  • Run one public LinkedIn post on demand for its commenters, reactors, or both.
  • See whether the person and company match, what the person wrote, and how close they are to asking for help.
  • Try it free with 200 lifetime credits, then move to Starter at $59 per workspace if it fits.

If you are still deciding how engagement-led prospecting fits into the rest of your process, read the broader guide to LinkedIn prospecting tools first.

Check Trigify's current self-serve pricing

Some older Trigify comparisons describe it as an enterprise product that requires a demo. That is no longer accurate.

As of August 5, 2026, Trigify's public pricing page lists:

PlanPublic priceIncluded creditsSearch limit
Starter$40 per month4,000 per month25
Max$199 per month40,000 per monthUnlimited
EnterpriseCustomCustomUnlimited

Starter and Max also list overage credits at $0.012 each. Every current plan starts with a 14-day trial. Trigify's pricing help article confirms the same plan names, credit allowances, and prices.

That makes Starter a real self-serve option. The enterprise motion still exists, but it is one path rather than the only path.

Signado's Starter plan is $59 per month with 2,500 credits. One complete new lead costs 5 credits. That includes the person's profile, role, company, original post or comment, score, reason, and buyer stage. Finding an email is optional and costs 5 more credits when one is found.

You can write the message yourself for no extra Signado credits. You can also connect Signado to Claude Code or Codex. Your existing AI can read the lead, post, and comment, then help you write the message without using Signado message credits. Your Claude or Codex plan still applies. If you want Signado to write the message inside the product, it costs 7 credits.

Signado also has a free plan with 200 lifetime credits. It is enough to test the process before choosing a paid plan.

Pick Trigify when you need more than LinkedIn

Trigify's strongest case is breadth.

Its current homepage says it monitors 11 or more social platforms. That includes professional networks such as LinkedIn, plus X, Reddit, YouTube, and podcasts. The product can monitor profiles, run searches with several rules, collect public activity, add person data, and send the result to other tools.

That breadth matters when the same buyer can show intent in several places. A person might comment on LinkedIn, ask a detailed question on Reddit, and mention a tool on X. Trigify is designed to bring those events into one system.

It also gives technical users several ways to work with the data. The public product page documents a REST API, MCP server, and CLI. You can use them to read a source, collect engagement, add person data, and send the result somewhere else.

Pick Trigify if that control is why you are buying the tool. It is the stronger choice when you already know how you want the monitoring, data, and AI agents to work together.

The tradeoff is more setup. You decide what to monitor, how to score it, what extra data to add, and where each result should go. Trigify includes an AI setup assistant, but you still shape the system around your process.

Pick Signado for a simpler LinkedIn process

Signado starts with a narrower question: who is already discussing the problem you solve on LinkedIn, and what did they actually say?

You can set up three recurring source types:

  • Keywords find people writing posts or engaging with posts about a topic.
  • Creators find relevant people in the comments around trusted voices.
  • Competitors find relevant people engaging with alternatives your buyers already know.

You can also paste one public LinkedIn post and run it once for its commenters, reactors, or both.

Signado does more than collect a name. It keeps the original LinkedIn post or comment, adds the person's role and company, and checks four simple things: Does the role involve the problem? Is this the kind of company you help? Is the location relevant? Do the person's own words show interest?

It then puts the person in one of three clear stages:

  • Early interest: They joined the topic but did not describe a problem.
  • Interested: They described a problem, asked a question, or compared options.
  • Ready to buy: They directly asked for help, a provider, or a recommendation.

This is the method taught in the full guide to finding people discussing the problem you solve on LinkedIn.

Pick Signado when you want one list you can read and act on. You add keywords, creators, competitors, or a post. Signado finds the people, checks whether they match your market, and keeps what they wrote beside their profile. There is less to set up.

Signado finds engagement leads from LinkedIn only. It does not replace your CRM. It can send from Gmail, Google Workspace, or custom SMTP. It can also pass leads to Instantly, HeyReach, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n, or CSV. Use a CRM if you need a full contact history. Use a specialist sending tool if you need large automated campaigns.

See what using each tool looks like

With Trigify, you start with the activity you want to watch. You create searches or tracked profiles, decide how often they run, add person or company data, choose what an AI agent should do, and send each useful result to the next tool. The Max plan gives you more search history and more tracked profiles.

With Signado, you start by describing the people and companies you help. Then you add keywords, creators, competitors, or one LinkedIn post. New leads arrive with the post or comment attached. You can find an email, write a message yourself, ask Claude Code or Codex to help, pay 7 credits for a Signado message, or pass the person to another tool.

Neither approach removes judgment. A comment is not proof that someone will buy. A source gives you a reason to look. The person, company, wording, and timing still decide whether reaching out makes sense.

Choose the tool that fits how you work

Choose Trigify if you want AI agents or your own tools to use public activity from several social networks. Its public plans do not require an enterprise contract. Its API, MCP, and CLI are clear strengths.

Choose Signado if your main problem is finding possible clients inside LinkedIn conversations and knowing why they are worth contacting. It gives you one list with the person, company, post or comment, score, and reason. You do not need to build that process from separate tools.

There is also a reasonable case for using both. Trigify can cover a wider set of public sources. Signado can own the focused LinkedIn review and outreach path. The overlap is real, but the products do not have to replace each other in every setup.

Signado finds the people already talking about the problem you solve on LinkedIn.

Check the details before you choose

Is Trigify only available through a sales demo?

No. Trigify currently lists a self-serve Starter plan at $40 per month, a Max plan at $199 per month, and a 14-day trial. Enterprise pricing remains custom.

Which tool covers more social platforms?

Trigify. Its public site says it monitors 11 or more social platforms, including professional networks, X, Reddit, YouTube, and podcasts. Signado's engagement discovery is focused on LinkedIn.

Which tool gives me the LinkedIn comment or post behind a lead?

Both products show the public activity behind a person. Signado keeps the LinkedIn post or comment beside the lead, checks the person and company, and shows how close the person is to asking for help. Trigify does this across more social networks and gives you more ways to move the data into other tools.

Can Signado replace my CRM or email platform?

No. Signado does not replace your CRM or a tool built for large email campaigns. It can send through Gmail, Google Workspace, or custom SMTP. It can also pass leads to other tools or export them.

These tools all assume you know who to contact

Signado fills that gap: it finds the people already talking about what you do on LinkedIn, with what they said attached. Use it alone or feed the rest of your stack.
