Discovery runs every day. You set a monthly credit budget on the slider in your settings, Signado slices it into daily runs, and the slider controls how many leads you process per day. We run daily, not in one big batch, because LinkedIn comment intent is time-sensitive. A comment from yesterday is worth a message today. A comment from three weeks ago is dead air. Daily runs keep your feed fresh and your outreach timely.

No. Bring contacts from any source (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn, CSV). For sending, you've got options: send straight from Gmail or Google Workspace, push to Instantly or HeyReach if you already run sequences, or fire a webhook to Zapier, Make, or n8n. Use the stack you have. Or use ours.

Your contact lists and signals are stored in a private workspace that only your team can access. We use row-level security on every database query, so one workspace can never see another's data. All connections are encrypted over HTTPS. We don't sell, share, or use your data to train models.

Three paths. Send directly from Gmail or Google Workspace using your own account. Push to Instantly or HeyReach in one click through their public APIs. For everything else, Signado fires a webhook your stack can pick up: Zapier, Make, n8n, or any custom workflow. Note that there's no Signado app inside Zapier or Make today, the integration runs through outbound webhooks. Pick the one that matches what you already have.

Click Find Email on any lead. Signado looks up the email and writes it back to the lead. The lookup costs 5 credits per lead. If we can't find one, you only get charged for the leads where the email actually lands. Useful when you've spotted a high-fit lead and you want to reach out via email instead of LinkedIn.

Click Deep Dive in your warm-leads grid, and Signado scans the company for funding rounds, hiring activity, leadership changes, executive posts, product launches, partnerships, and company news (up to 12 months of history). The signals feed into the AI's opener so you go in with sharper context. Costs 40 credits per account.

Fast. Turn on a keyword and discovery starts scanning. First warm leads typically land in your feed within 24-48 hours, depending on keyword fit and LinkedIn activity. Discovery then runs every day, so new leads keep arriving on their own. When you run a Deep Dive on an account, Signado pulls up to 12 months of company history in a single scan, so you get the full picture right away.

This is not generic "I noticed your company is growing" personalization. If a company just hired a VP Sales, the message mentions that person by name. If they raised a Series B, the message references the round and the amount.
